3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:

4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

USPS First Class Mail may not include detailed tracking beyond delivery confirmation.
6. Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed packages: If your order shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first, then contact us at info@betterpaw.com.

BetterPaw is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, marked as delivered but not received, or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
